Victory Tool was founded in 1987 and was acquired by MultiSource in October 2005.  We are one of the Midwest’s leading manufacturers of compound metal stamping dies and progressive metal stamping dies.  Large and complex progressive/stage tooling dies are our specialty. We can also provide you with custom EDM wire cutting, die repairs, and many other services to meet your tooling needs.

Products and Services

Through the use of Concurrent Engineering, we will work together on your project - to your (or Victory Tool’s) die standards - to process your project and to meet the shared quality, price, and delivery goals.  Our staff will work closely with your engineers to develop the most cost-effective method of manufacturing, from design to build, with sample parts to prove the die’s performance.

Through the continuous improvement procedures of our quality system, our highly skilled employees look for ways to improve processes for better and more cost-effective methods of production.

Facility

Victory Tool has 20,500 square feet of production and administrative office space available. Our state of the art facility was built in 1996 to accommodate future growth with an additional 20,500 square feet for our expanding customer base.  We have ~25 non-union employees working two shifts.

MultiSource uses first-class inspection tools and technology.  And most importantly, our commitment to quality is backed by the knowledge and dedication of an experienced quality control staff.   Our demonstrated quality performance has enabled us to achieve “certified supplier” and “dock-to-stock” statuses with several of our customers.
